1. About EDIL
Entrepreneurial Development International Ltd (EDIL) is an organization dedicated to fostering entrepreneurial growth and economic development by providing mentorship, training, and access to funding opportunities for aspiring and existing entrepreneurs.
2. Eligibility
Participation in EDIL programs is open to individuals who fall into one of the following categories:
- Category A: University graduates or experienced entrepreneurs with academic or professional certifications.
- Category B: Artisans, traders, craftsmen, and skilled workers without formal academic qualifications.
Applicants must provide accurate and verifiable information during enrollment. EDIL reserves the right to verify submitted details and disqualify any applicant found to have provided false or misleading information.
3. Enrollment & Application Process
To enroll in any EDIL program, applicants must:
- Complete the required online application form.
- Submit all required documents or materials based on their category.
- Pay the applicable processing and training token fee.
Processing Fees
- Category A applicants are required to pay a ₦2,000 processing/training fee.
- Category B applicants are required to pay a ₦1,000 processing/training fee.
All payments are non-refundable, regardless of application outcome.
4. EDIL Identification Number
Upon successful submission and payment, each applicant will automatically receive a unique EDIL Identification Number.
This identification number is mandatory for:
- Participation in training programs
- Eligibility consideration for grants or loans
- Future applications within EDIL program cycles
Applicants are responsible for keeping their EDIL ID secure.
5. Program Cycles
EDIL programs operate in three cycles per year, each lasting four (4) months.
At the end of each cycle:
- Applications are reviewed
- Selected participants may receive grants or loans
- Decisions are made based on internal evaluation criteria
EDIL is not obligated to fund all applicants. Selection is competitive and subject to available resources.
6. Multiple Applications
Applicants are permitted to apply multiple times across different program cycles, provided they meet the eligibility requirements for each cycle.
7. Grants and Loans
Participation in EDIL programs does not guarantee:
- Approval for grants
- Approval for loans
- Any specific funding amount
Funding decisions are based on program criteria, evaluation outcomes, and resource availability.
8. Use of Website
Users agree not to:
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information
- Interfere with the website’s functionality
- Use the platform for unlawful purposes
EDIL reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to users who violate these terms.
9. Intellectual Property
All content on this website—including text, graphics, logos, documents, and program materials—is the property of EDIL and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without prior written permission.
10. Limitation of Liability
EDIL shall not be held liable for:
- Losses arising from program participation
- Business decisions made by participants
- Technical interruptions or delays beyond its control
All services are provided on an “as-is” basis.
11. Amendments
EDIL reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of any changes.
